Construction at Pillar Samgori is in an active phase, with the process strictly following the predefined schedule. A significant milestone in the project's development has already been reached: monolithic works have been completed up to the 6th floor.

Construction works are currently ongoing on the 7th floor, where column construction and installation of engineering shafts are in progress.

The construction is carried out using premium-grade materials, and every stage of execution undergoes rigorous quality control.

Project completion is scheduled for October 2027. Apartments will be delivered to residents in "Green Frame" condition, in full compliance with modern standards and the established timeline.
